Business Development Coordinator-Marketing Analyst
Position Summary:
The Business Development Analyst reports directly to the Business Development Manager. Primary responsibilities are to organize and communicate the Requests for Proposals, review and analyze agreements, prepare proformas, and participate in other general Business Development needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Request for Proposal entire process
• Investigate and communicate with national target airports around the US
• Research airport contracts and expiration dates to create a working list
• Research and study sales of current stores and their locations in airports, type of stores (retail or F&B) and by terminal in the target airports
• Research enplanements by airport and terminal
• Online research about news of airport expansions, travel, business and economics of the cities and airports to determine the most desirable airports to propose bids when available
• Developing and maintaining a database that serves as the basis for all of our business development initiatives
• Layout and production of shortlist presentations
• Review legal agreements and work with legal counsel
• Prepare proformas for financial and business review
• Managing Projects

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business and value propositions.
• Writing business proposals.
